The people behind the routes.
A small Sri Lankan travel studio with a large conviction: journeys should be drawn around people, not printed for them.

Who we are
Who We Are
“Taprobane Traveler” is a Sri Lanka tour operator founded by a team of Sri Lankan travel professionals who wanted to change how the island is experienced, moving away from generic packaged tours toward journeys shaped by genuine local knowledge. "Taprobane" is one of the island's oldest recorded names, and it reflects our belief that Sri Lanka's story deserves to be told with depth, not just visited in passing. Since our founding, we have grown into a full-service, trusted Sri Lanka travel company and team of local Sri Lanka travel experts serving independent travellers, couples, families and groups from across the world, each guided by our on-ground teams from arrival to departure.
